Talent Practice Lead | Chief of Staff
As the Talent Practice Lead and Chief of Staff, Nikeya Elliott is committed to advancing equity and opportunity through inclusive hiring and organizational development. With over a decade of experience in executive search and talent strategy across mission-driven organizations and two national executive recruitment firms, Nikeya has helped diversify leadership pipelines and strengthen workplace culture through equitable, data-informed practices.
She currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Accountants4Causes, where she also leads the organization’s Executive Search function, partnering with mission-aligned organizations and nonprofits to fill critical finance and administration roles.
A proud HBCU graduate with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Nikeya also serves as Board Secretary of a nonprofit organization that aims to promote financial literacy amongst children. She resides in the Washington D.C Metro area (DMV) with her children and partner, where she continues to champion equitable systems that help people and organizations thrive.
